The Cradle to Cradle Café is an initiative conceived in 2009, born out of a collaboration between Koninklijke Ahrend, Desso, and Koninklijke Mosa. Each of these companies develop and produce their products adhering to Cradle to Cradle principles.
It is with great pleasure that we bring you the latest developments from the Cradle to Cradle Café Foundation. From 1 January 2017 QbiQ Wall systems, a producer of wall systems and glass solutions located in Alphen aan de Rijn, will become an official partner of the collaboration currently standing between Koninklijke Ahrend, Desso, and Koninklijke Mosa, collectively known as the Cradle to Cradle Café Foundation.
QbiQ was the recipient of the Cradle to Cradle Bronze certificate in 2016, making the producer a great potential Cradle to Cradle partner to share our ideas and values via our mini-seminars. Read more about QbiQ
This new partner is taking things a step further and is committed to sharing the Cradle to Cradle concept. This is one of a number of reasons why the Cradle to Cradle Café was set up. Cradle to Cradle Cafés are mini-seminars in which a variety of inspiring speakers discuss current and varied subjects relating to sustainability and the Cradle to Cradle philosophy. In this way you are effectively and efficiently kept up to date about current sustainability themes within the building industry. The cafés take place four times a year across different regions of the Netherlands.
These free-of-charge seminars usually take place in the morning and are followed by a networking lunch.
